I like the new waiting area, the receptionist was very friendly and professional, as always. The dentist was so caring, as she knew I was a nervous patient, she completely put me at ease .... thank you for being so compassionate.

Harbor Sidhu is so very nice every time I meet her, and the reception people are just the same, never any problems they cannot sort out.
The only thing I don't like is the asking of where I come from I am English or British and what is the endless choices you ask for what is the point ?

My experience
The treatment by the dentist was very good. However the receptionist was a bit abrupt when I said I had trouble completing the forms on the new portal. Not everyone likes to do things online so I prefer to complete the form in by hand while in reception.

Appointment time was spot on receptionist was polite and helpful, went for a check up but had a pain in tooth at the back found it had cracked all the way down it from X-ray dentist juggled some appointments work around and extracted the tooth on the same day instead of coming back, thanks.
