My Dentist was lovely
Arrived at my appointment time, I was first patient of the day, as always my Dentist was lovely. I am a very nervous patient but she calms me down, all the staff are very pleasant at Castle Dental Care.

I’ve always been terrified of needles and dentists, I needed a tooth out, the dentist and assistant put me right at ease and constantly asked if I was ok or needed a break, they were both lovely and I’m not scared to go back, recommended by me.

We have been using the Castle Care Dental Practice for years, the staff are all very professional, polite and helpful. Our dentist Habir always makes us feel welcome, relaxed and explains any procedure she needs to carry out.

It hurts me to say this, but from the security on reception desk to the Dentist who hurts you.
All the staff are friendly, professional and make you feel at ease.
In all the years I’ve attended the practice I’ve never had a bad experience.

Excellent care
Steph and Pam are great, excellent care. I don't like the new enforced online forms and feel the receptionist is a little curt and insensitive towards patients' reaction to the new processes (I witnessed this for other customers not just myself).

We are sorry that you were not happy with the new online forms, we are confident that going forward these forms will be easier, reducing the amount of paper forms having to be filled out whilst at reception but we also acknowledge that the online forms may not be accessible to everyone. Icon and composite treatment
I am really happy with the results achieved from my visit for icon and composite treatment today, Stephanie Kirby was my dentist and I can wholeheartedly say she is an amazing dentist and very good with her patients, ensuring she is helpful and ensures she provides with the best care and plans for their teeth. I am really impressed with her work and would recommend her always.
