Great service, really good staff

Reception staff, great front of the business.
Dentist is very good at telling you about each step she is taking throughout the process.
I used to hate going to the dentist (traumatic experience as a child), not now.

Good visit

Having had a reaction to treatment at my last (hygienist) visit, it was nice to be reassured by my dentist and she took the time to listen to me and note my concerns. General checkup and X-rays dons - all with no trouble - thank you.

Six months check up!

To much paperwork to be filled in every time I have to visit and now it has to be done online, all for a check up and clean, the systems gone barmy.

We are sorry that you find the new online systems time consuming, a thorough medical history is essential for all patients as it helps identify conditions that may affect dental treatment. An NHS declaration form is also required at each dental visit in order to be seen on the NHS. If you would like to discuss this further please call the practice and we will be happy to assist.
