I attended an emergency appointment here after booking online with Katie Crocker based on her other positive reviews. Although I arrived slightly late, both Lucy at reception and Katie were very accommodating and got me seen.
Lucy was so friendly and welcoming, which was nice as it was my first time there. Katie was fantastic—she carried out thorough checks, clearly explained everything she was doing, and took the time to show and walk me through my X-ray so I could understand what was going on. She talked me through a few treatment options and let me decide what I wanted to do.
Her assistant, Esha, was also lovely. I really appreciated how kind and engaging Katie was with my children, she was so patient and answered all their many questions. Even my son commented on how nice she was with my 2yo.
Overall, it was a genuinely positive experience and a big improvement compared to my previous dentist. Thank you girls!

This year or next year I have been with Castle Care Dentist for 49/50 years, of course under different owners and names. Not so able now so extremely grateful for your downstairs studio. My Dentist is kindly, and thoughtful in every way and I appreciate her expertise and care.

Really happy with the crown
I had gone to have a crown fitted for the first time. The temporary crown was uncomfortable and I must admit I was concerned about having the permanent one done because it isn’t cheap and I thought if it feels like the temporary one does I wouldn’t be very happy. But I’m very pleased to say I am really happy with the crown, it has settled down really well. So overall I’m very satisfied.
