I'm VERY anxious about dental visits and every member of staff here were lovely and helped me feel at ease. My dentist, Ms Louisa Lau is very professional, talks you through everything beforehand and is very patient if you need to take a break during the treatment. Her assistant was lovely and very encouraging without being patronising and the receptionist was very friendly too. Definitely recommend them if you're nervous.

Amazing
I arrived about 2 minutes before my appointment and was as usual pleasantly greeted by the receptionist.
I was called within 5 minutes, amazing.
S Kirby was pleasant, informative, professional and efficient with her assistant.
I got my second visit for treatment 8 days later… again amazing.

My son and I both had an appointment back to back. He went first and was put at ease and they answered all of his questions. They are very thorough and explain what they are doing as they go, and the next steps where needed. Receptionist Courtney is also fab.

Absolutely fantastic dental surgery from the receptionist to the dentist, always feel like I'm listened to when when I have what I feel like is the silliest of questions. Harbir really puts you at ease, I'm an anxious person and she always talks you through everything, she's very calming and a wonderful dentist! I can't recommend this practice more!
