Excellent dental service, have been using for over 30 years now & I've never had a problem the dentists are amazing and always look after you i always feel relaxed and in good hands i would not use anywhere else unless circumstances meant otherwise. Can highly recommend this practice.

Excellent treatment. I used to hate the dentist, but not it’s actually a pleasure to visit. Gone are the days of painful treatments, now they explain everything and ensure you are comfortable.

My experience
Upon entering the room the dentist was talking about silver & white fillings, I wasn’t under the impression she was saying that I would be having silver fillings when I stated in my last appointment I would be having white, spoke to the receptionist & paid the extra for white.
Now it wasn’t until I had my mouth locked wide open when I realised I was having silver.
When a patient opts for a certain colour this mustn’t be changed and the proper consent process must be followed for the changes, not once was I asked whether I consented to silver, no confirmation that I would be reimbursed for the cheaper option..everything that would have flagged a conversation prior to treatment.
I’m unsure whether I'm satisfied and will be comfortable with the grey, I will have to see & ensure this won’t be visible when talking or laughing. I would prefer not to have unnecessary treatment to rectify when I should have got what I paid for as a private patient.
