My experience

Due to the dental room being upstairs I found it very difficult to climb the stairs due to my poor mobility. A downstairs room would be very good for myself and others who have mobility issues.

The dentist was very patient and caring. She explained everything she was about to do and was also very reassuring about how well I was tolerating the treatment as I was a nervous patient.
