Wonderful dentist
My dentist is absolutely wonderful, she is the only reason I went to get treatment because I’m terrified but she puts me at easy and is a lovely person.

Very friendly practice, always try to accommodate your requests. Dentist is very gentle. Reception area very close to waiting area and hence not very private. At least one late night and or Sat would be a great help to patients who work Monday to Friday, 9-5pm and have to negotiate time away from work place.

I would not go to any other dentist. The staff are always amazing and accommodating. Now there is a dentist room on the ground floor it means that cater for everyone's need. My dentist Harbir is the absolute BEST dentist in the world. 100% recommend xx

I have been Harbir Sidu’s patients for many years . She examines carefully, discusses different ways of treatment, doesn’t do procedures you do not need and charges fairly. She knows her job and does the job very gently and calmly . She is the most trustworthy dentist I have ever known and I don’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone who looks for a skilled dentist and wants to be in safe hands . If I could I would give her more than 5 star .
The reason I gave 4 star is that , the dentistry is closed at lunch time , fair enough, but , they should provide a waiting room for patients who arrive near their appointment , and we were kept outside in freezing cold weather and that is not the patients’fault if their surgery is small and they don’t have any other place to have lunch but the waiting room !
The hygienist is good also but the room is so small it seems they can’t have all the needed equipments .
If they solve the problem of lack of space , they definitely deserve 5 star for the nice job they are doing .

This practice went above and beyond for me when I had my fall and smash my teeth. They were so supportive and the service I had was second to none. I wasn't even a patient either but my own dentist wouldn't /couldn't help....however I am now and I recommend them to everyone I know. The staff are amazing, the hygiene/cleanliness standards are high and I just love them.

My experience of Castle Care Dental Practice is one of a team focussed on the care of their patients. Treatment plans are discussed and patient input is considered. I love the fact that they use initiatives for very young children, aimed at giving them a positive experience when visiting the dentist. Outrageously Brilliant.. After my huge pothole of a filling was done, I jumped the my car check my new filling in the mirror and I couldn't even tell what tooth had a filling in it. Perfection.
