Excellent dental care
Dr Mike provides excellent dental care. His approach is patient centered. Of all he is kind and friendly which helps to calm your nerves. He seems to understand what equal and equitable service means to all regardless of a private or NHS patient.

Always felt easy and listened to, never had any concerns
Mike Richards has been my dentist for 26years.I have followed him from West Heath. Always very professional and gives excellent advice how to help my Lichen planus

My actual appointment was very good. The dentists are always professional and provide an inviting environment.
The one critique I would have is about the pre appointment online form.
I can understand all those questions for a new patient, but if you're a regular the questions should be, are you attending your appointment and are there any changes to your details?
I found filling in those three sections a lot.

Mike Richards has has been my dentist for over 20 years, and I couldn’t recommend him more highly. He is incredibly child friendly, patient, and always makes appointments feel comfortable and stress-free. His kindness and professionalism have made a huge difference for my family over the years. It’s rare to find a dentist who is both so skilled and genuinely caring. Nice one Mike!!!!
