A lovely dentist! The dentist went out of her way to accommodate my anxiety, and explained the treatment clearly. Both the dentist and dental nurse were friendly, and put me at ease. Appointments are always available, and you are seen pretty promptly. An excellent dentist which I highly recommend.

My son has been seen for orthodontic treatment here. The team work really hard to offer quality care. Things are a little different with the given pandemic we are in. However extra care is taken for the patients and the staff are very helpful. Thank you all for your work.

Best dentist in Birmingham - some old staff have left and the staff there now are LOVELY. the lady on reception, dental nurses and Mr Richards are FAB. For someone who has a severe fear of the dentist. These guys are great!

Not sure why some comments are so negative. I had no problem at all. Everyone talks nicely.
In my case I sent an email during after office hours to them enquiring about appointment available and covid arrangements as I am vulnerable. Called them next morning and the person at the reception was already aware of my enquiry and had arranged a call back for Monday. Monday I got a call back early morning and they gave me next available appointment to be the first patient in the morning as I am vulnerable.
What more do you ask for during such time? Very happy with this :)
I am sure treatment would be fine as well !
