A very reassuring dentist
I always have an extremely positive experience at my dental appointments with Mike. He is a very reassuring dentist, has a calming influence and is very gentle. I feel confident that he always puts my needs first and he is very aware of my anxiety. I always leave my consultation wondering why I was so worried prior to going. His skills and person centred approach are fabulous. Thank you for your patience, kindness and hard work Mike. It is appreciated. The receptionist also are very efficient and friendly.
Upon reflection going to the dentist isn’t too bad at all
I have been with Cottams for about 40 years so I must be happy with the service.
