My experience
Very efficient, not very friendly or inviting but monotonous. Everyone from Receptionists to Dentists & assistants very robotic & indifferent; Just do their work efficiently. No banter. In & out like a production line. Good at what they do but overall customer service a little bland. Works undertaken very good.

Emergency appointment
I was able to get an emergency appointment. I received a thorough examination of the problem tooth. Clear explanations of the cause were given and medication was administered to remedy the issue.

Extraction
I was seen promptly - the problem identified - treatment discussed, local anaesthetic administered and shortly thereafter the tooth was extracted with the minimum of drama or discomfort.
I have to admit to not being the bravest of Mr Cottam’s patients, but my experiences in his hands have given me the confidence to return for routine checkups or treatment whenever necessary.

Very happy with my treatment
Shila is very efficient, kind and caring and I’m very happy with my treatment. The dental nurse was also very good with the suction (which can sometimes be very uncomfortable - but not on this occasion).

I had my crown changed last week and I am so happy with the result. I haven’t smiled properly in years because of my old worn out crown, but that’s all changed now and I couldn’t be happier. The whole process was quick from start to finish and Dr Richards explains everything very thoroughly all the time. I would have not gone to anyone else or anywhere else. Thank you truly!!! Oh and not to mention I don’t feel pain anymore when I brush my teeth. I am so so happy!

Went to Sandeep today for my appt. She decided I needed two teeth out. Now I'm a nervous patient but she made me feel at ease and it was over in no time. I was a bit shaky after but she walked me down the stairs to reception where I sat for a while. Thankyou so much for being caring.
