Staff were very friendly and helpful. Mike my dentist was wonderful explaining everything that needed doing, also receptinists helped me with an online form which I struggled with, great service overall.

Very helpful, Mr Richards.
The pre treatment questionnaire however is too annoying. Once on computer no need to have Spanish Inquisition each time. Just any changes? Don't push Marketing. People ask when they want extras normally. Thanks for actual treatment.

Welcoming and always polite
Dave does his best to keep to our appointment time which I appreciate.
The staff are welcoming and always polite and Dave’s assistant is a ray of sunshine and very professional.
The seating area downstairs is small but everywhere is always clean and tidy.
We are always made to feel welcome.
