I see Mike Richards and today he just brightened my day with lots of laughter. Going to the dentist can be uncomfortable sometimes but his great sense of humour allows you to relax and have a better experience.

My dentist made me very welcome. She asked me about my general health. I was having a check-up, which was done efficiently and with kindness. She went out of her way to contact a colleague about an appointment for a scan.

Had a root canal performed by Dr Shila and her assistant. It was quite a tough one with 4 roots. Felt really well looked after was reassured throughout. The teams bedside manners towards patients was exemplary as I was admittedly an awkward patient. Very good practice really pleased I went here. Facilities are clean and comfortable. Reception staff were polite and ensure I was well informed.
