The service was exceptional
Phoned after a filling dropped out, and a very helpful assistant said she could book me in at tooth-hurty the next day. I arrived and a new filling was applied, from start to finish, the service was exceptional, thanks team.

Outstanding
This dentist is outstanding. She's done wonders to my teeth. She is very professional, compassionate, very patient and understanding. My previous dentist was very rude and refused to treat me.
I believe he thought I wanted NHS treatment. I did receive some NHS treatment and was very willing to pay privately for other treatment. I made a complaint to your company and you confirmed he didn't want to treat me. He suggested it was a clash of personality. I was very bereft to hear this news. I waited a while and booked another appointment and started treatment with another dentist. I was so pleased with the help offered. I only last week completed some treatment and am delighted. She's worked wonders. Also her dental assistant was polite and helpful.

A good visit
I don’t like going to the dentist but I should have learned by now that I don’t need to fear when I go to Cottam’s. Mrs Virdi is gentle, explains what is going on, understands my anxiety and treats me with consideration. She carried out the treatment I needed with efficiency and apologised when I grimaced. While I shan’t look forward to my next visit I shan’t dread it.
