Welcoming and helpful

Given an emergency appointment within 3 hours of my call. Dentist and nurse were friendly and professional. Admin staff were welcoming and helpful.

I really appreciated David’s approach regarding my wife’s disability.
I had problems actually getting her to her check up and then when waiting in reception as she wanted to leave, because she felt lost and wanted to return home.

I was seen on time

Visited a new dentist Ikhinder Jheeta today after a long break, she was really lovely and put me at ease.
I was seen on time and the receptionist was very helpful when booking my further treatment.

Excellent

The service we receive is excellent all the way. The reception staff are always welcoming and happy to assist with any insurance claims that I’m dealing with.
Mike is a fabulous dentist, makes me aware of all the options and is very professional.
