It was a good experience and I thank the doctor for his high-class treatment and I thank his efforts in helping me and I thank all the staff. I was unable to eat food and now I can eat well and I am in good condition. Thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

It was a very poor experience I'm afraid to say.
I was originally informed upon payment that it would be a 40 min service - It wasn't.
The person really didn't talk me through what was expected to happen especially regarding the 'gold package'
Your equipment is severely outdated and the general upkeep of your place is terrible. It's quite evident you are busy and thus business is going well. But to upgrade your equipment is a little too much?
I think what's worse was the hygienist visor, it was speckled with dirt and unsanitised.
I felt extremely rushed throughout the process.
If you're a paying customer don't go to a dental practice that serves both NHS and private..?

My experience
I was treated very poorly and will be reporting the dentist I saw today, that’s on not just one occasion it’s been a few times now. I have a lot of other health conditions that the dentist is aware of. I will be making a complaint to the ombudsman regarding this dentist I have seen. I don’t like how she treats me, it’s rude and unfair the way I get spoken to every time I have seen her. I will be taking my complaint to the nhs. I can assure you that because I am not being treated like this anymore the first visit I thought maybe she having a bad day then on the second and third visit I received the same treatment, it’s unacceptable especially when I suffer enough in life with my general health without being disrespected by a dentist and I will no longer be treated by this dentist again. I will be asking for someone else next time.

5 stars to my dentist Ziad who is lovely, always jovial and just makes the experience that bit better, taking an interest, making recommendations that won't costs me the earth. Fortunately for me I only go for checkups when they're due. I gave it 4 stars maybe should have been 3 for the reception area and the fact they don't offer adult appointments on weekends. The reception area is a bad setup, people blocking access to reception, shame this area is not managed well because the orthodontists are absolutely brilliant.
Update 7.5.78 my dentist Ziad will always be a 5 out of 5. Not many people were in today so experience was fine, still think the clinic needs a refurbishment it's quite shabby which is a shame as the receptionists are lovely. The environment let's down the general ambience created by the staff.
