Fantastic

Dr Shamaila Iqbal was fantastic. Sorted out my broken crown quickly and explained the process as she was doing it so it put my worries to rest.

My experience

Very disappointed with the level of care and attention. Bare minimum wasn’t completed to a point where I had to ask for a basic scale. Practice has gone progressively downhill.

Had an x-ray done there and then by Mr Naheem Khan, then booked in to get my wisdom out next week ,it was causing me pain, and made a plan to see the hygienist too and start some sort of treatment plan soon. Thank you.

Very good

The experience was very good as the dentist was able to explain everything plainly and easily. They were very accommodating to the whole family and if we didn't understand something they would talk in arabic to make it easier to understand.

My experience

Went in for a filling, the guy did a terrible job and made it worse. He also worked on the other side of my mouth (where I wasn’t feeling pain) and now both sides really hurt. Nearly collapsed because of the pain. The whole thing was a mess and the guy was unprofessional.
