I arrived late to my appointment. 20 minutes late and I told by the receptionist it would be own to the dentist, whether I would be seen. He agreed to see me, and I didn’t have to wait along. I was happy with the service.

Waiting about an hour and still wasn’t attended to. This isn’t the first time as well. Wait times are ridiculous. Others came after me but were seen in a few minutes so I made staff aware I’m leaving as didn’t think it’d take over an hour to be seen!

Made me feel comfortable
I was seen at the time of my appointment. The dentist was friendly and made me feel comfortable as I get anxious, he also discussed previous issues I had and advised me to book an appointment at the dental hospital which he had referred me in August
