Professionally dealt with my children's and my own teeth. Provided fillings where needed and took care doing so.

Honestly I was stuck in Ward End Dentist. Really young guy. Nothing was being resolved. If anything it felt like he was just in it for the money. And was sending us away real quick. I was actually starting to get depressed.

Then I went on to search and found these guys through family referral. They appointed me an amazing dentist. In a few appointments all problems resolved and I now eat and drink again. And feel good aswell. Optimistic.

These are foreign people in a country different from there own. So there's going to be alot of racism. And where there racism there will be bad reviews.

As for me I am well pleased. I would even kiss the dentist on the cheek if I could. My next appointment is in 3 months. But after the treatment he did and how well he did it I may not need to see a dentist in a few years.

As for improvements then i would say the receptionist, like everyone else is saying. They could be a bit more professional. More compassionate like you see nurses in hospital. Pain isn't something small it's something big. The receptionist should treat them all like there all in pain. And have a heart out for them. It would be these guys if anything that are going to let the dentist down.

The dentist I saw today was extremely welcoming, had a smile on her face. Was very sensitive to my dental needs. She really made me feel at ease and so comfortable to the point where I was all smiles and giggles.

I was extremely nervous coming to the dentist and haven’t been there for years due to fear but the dentist made me feel very comfortable and calmed my nerves. I left knowing I’m happy to come back again and I’m not so scared now to go to my next appointment. Can’t wait.

Initially had a lot of problems booking an appointment, as the phone service was off line or not functioning. However managed to go through online and it was a lot easier and smoother. The only reason I go to this practice is solely due to the dentist. They speak to you, smile and generally do the best they can for you, my dentist and his assistant were brilliant, Mohammed Jabor, highly recommend this dentist with the experience I have had, 10/10 from me young man. Well done and keep going. Reception staff need to understand if working in a customer facing role, smile and assist people, especially those who have limited education and speaking skills. Today's experience was good. Thank you again.
