The outcome that I wanted

Was seen by the dentist within half an hour, considering I had to be double booked and was told I would have to wait. I was expecting to wait longer, so I was pleased with the timings. I got the outcome that I wanted which was a prescription.

The dentist was great

I had a root canal booked for my over-sensitive tooth. This was the third attempt. So I knew what was going to happen. I was heavily sedated to numb the area. My body started reacting terribly to the meds. My body started shaking and went very hot. The dentist was great. I went into a panic attack. He put me at ease and talked me through it. The experience was terrible but he made it so easy for me to calm my nerves. I wouldn't wish this upon anyone. The staff were all brilliant.

The reception service was exceptional, very kind and polite dentist is probably the best I’ve had my whole life through NHS.
I’ve been seeing the dentist for almost my entire life.
