Totally professional and efficient
The receptionist, the minute I walked in was acknowledged, greeted with eye contact and were very friendly and professional. And the wait for my appointment was within the allotted time .The dentist and his assistant were totally professional and efficient.

My experience
When I attend our appointments at this dentist we’re always seen approx 30 mins or even longer by Dr Khan and that’s when we’re on time or earlier. Today when I was 10 mins late due to finding suitable parking I was told that I wouldn’t be seen, my appointment had to be rebooked. I dropped my kids outside the surgery so they could sign in while I looked for parking. Even though Dr Khan was behind with seeing his patient. Again my kids were seen 25 mins late, apart from me being seen even though we were family booked one after another.
I put this question to Dr Khan, his response was thank you for raising this however, if I didn’t have anyone after you then, I would have seen you.
Is punctuality a MUST for patients, but not him?
I believe this isn’t good practice.
This needs to be addressed and a fairer process should be in place in this surgery.

Coventry Road Dental Practice
Dr Muhammad’ Jador’s professionalism, his ability to clean my teeth with little discomfort. The first experience like this since 2018. He made me feel like a person and not a file number.

Nothing is too much trouble
The service of this dentist is very good, nothing is too much trouble and they always help me when I need to fill in any forms because I always forget my glasses, very helpful and nothing is too much trouble.
