Coventry Road Dental Practice
Friendly dentists. Receptionists deal with a lot of negativity but keep it professional. They have lost a lot of staff since management/company changes but coping okay despite all the cuts to funding as an NHS service. Yes my appointments do get rescheduled but that's understandable. Overall okay, decent service.

I have a fear of dentists and the dr I saw today made me feel at ease, I went in for a check up as had been having issues. Dr Naeem is also my daughters dentist as well as my nieces.

Fantastic service
Great and fantastic service provided, the doctor was very caring and professional and down to earth, did his job with high level of care, also the nurse who was there was very nice and brilliant at her job, overall an excellent and great atmosphere to be in, thank you and god bless you all including the receptionists.

The dentist who actually looked after me, showed he cared and listened and spoke to me like a human being, unlike the receptionist who booked me in, my previous encounter was disappointing and I was treated disrespectfully, albeit I was 8 minutes late, in an area that parking and traffic conditions are atrocious, she showed no sympathy or really wanted to listen, this is not an attack of her character, but if she wants to work with people, then her tone needs to improve, and her communication style, however, the dentist was fantastic, he restored my faith in the practice. If the staff see my review, reception staff patients pay your salary, regardless if they pay for treatment or NHS, and a little respect and empathy go a long way, not just in work life.

My experience
I went due to my jaw locking constantly. It even locked during my appointment and the dentist sent me out of there with no solution telling me not to yawn without closing my mouth and to eat foods with a knife and fork to avoid this happening in future. Ridiculous. How can you send someone home with a locked jaw and tell them you can’t do anything even though they’ve been suffering with this for 7 months
