Since staff has changed we are not happy at all, the people are rude and don’t know what they are doing so we have changed our dentist, very poor service.

Coventry Road Dental Practice

On time for appointment. Procedure was carried out promptly. Only criticism I have of the service is that the receipts I requested were not descriptive enough of the treatment that was carried out. Another improvement that could be made is to the telephone service which I have always found to be poor.
