Everyone was amazing! It has been the most comfortable I have felt going to a dentist. The receptionists were very helpful and the dentist was amazing at explaining my situation.

Handsworth Wood Dental Practice
The Dentist we saw today is always on point. He’s very professional and always gives the best of service.
I had a toothache but he managed to book another appointment for me for the afternoon to remove the tooth. You always have the patient's interest at heart.

My experience
The wait times at this dentist are always unnecessarily long with poor communication to patients. On this occasion I was referred to a dentist I have not seen before and whilst the treatment was informative and speedy, I believe there to be contrasting dental opinions between my usual dentist and the one I saw today. More attention needs to be given to patients to create a more satisfactory service.
