My experience
Receptionist was nice, so was the dental guy. Can’t fault their customer care.
However I’m not happy as I did mention to the receptionist that when I go to my own Dentistry in Grove Lane, they would always clean my teeth for every appointment. I booked this for my partner and my sister in law as I wanted them to join the NHS as they were the only clinic accepting nhs around the area.
The dentist only checked it, X-ray it. Did not give any clean when clearly it needed a clean as my partner has gum disease and he has yellow teeth. They both paid roughly £26.80 each for them to open their mouths.
