Great staff! They know how to make kids happy. My daughter is not afraid to go to the dentist; in fact, she is happy when she is going there, even when she knows that she has to go for a filling.

A pleasant experience
It was a pleasant experience from state to finish. The receptionists even knew my name. My dentist and staff were respectful, professional informative and helpful.

My experience
Lot of staff about but not much action, long wait to see dentist. Cold building, felt sorry for the dentist who was not able to wear his coat, most of the other staff had theirs on.

My experience
I found it very awkward that whilst sitting on the seat, the dentist was talking to me, from standing behind me. During my check up appointment he didn't clean my teeth. I found the dentist to be unfriendly and unprofessional.
