Got my teeth extracted and my dental nurse and dentist were both lovely. I was nervous but they explained it all to me and were very understanding. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Waiting almost 45mins, witnessed people come in after me but got called in before me, absolute joke. Appointment after appointment keeps getting cancelled waited months to wait longer just to be seen!!!

I was very afraid of visiting the dentist, after being hurt when I was younger. I always had to be in pain to go and get something done. When I arrived I was taken in to the room and asked to sit. I was then asked about my health history and any other ailments. The dentist was very softly spoken and had a pleasant Dementia. He examined my teeth , then came and spoke to me about what work needed doing. He explained everything to me and gave me a choice in what I wanted to do. Made me feel very relaxed and comfortable . After we had talked we decided on our first part of what was going to happen which made me feel like I was being included in the decisions and options. When everything was over I left making an appointment for my first treatment , and feeling calm and not upset in any way. Thank you Mr. Rajan Chaudhry, you made me feel very comfortable and calm, and the way you explained everything to me was great, can’t thank you enough , your a star.

I visited your dental practice to get a second opinion, regarding issues with my top left tooth.
The service has been prompt, friendly, efficient and an appointment was made fast for me. I was not waiting long at all, to be seen to. Dr Kulraj Sehmar, was so attentive, and explained the issue with my tooth, step by step and provided a print out of my X-rays, along with noting down actions that I need to take, to better my oral health.
My mind has been put at rest, knowing what the exact issue is, with my tooth and the solution, to prevent any long term pain and complications with my teeth. I was advised by Dr Kulraj Sehmar that they could also speak with any of my family members, to make sure that I fully understood everything that was explained to me. Such a welcoming, lovely, friendly and humble dentist. Thank you very much.
I have to mention that this was my first time, attending your Dental Practice as a Private Patient, and compared to the NHS Dental services, there is such a massive difference in terms of the quality and speed of service, and providing a more personalised and specialised service to patients.

I got my tooth sorted out. Doctor took the time to explain what was needed, the alternatives, and recommendations at the end of the procedure. He was reassuring, and helped to have a relaxed environment. The assistant was kind and gentle too.
