The service was first class from front desk to practitioner. All staff were courteous and very professional.
Noor Aziz performed her the practical service thoroughly and professionally and was most knowledgeable. She exuded confidence and dexterity. All in all she was first class.

Great caring dentist and staff
The reception staff are always very friendly and helpful, and Kulraj is a fantastic dentist, taking extra care on both work quality and preventative measures for futureproofing.
The only negative I can mention is it can be difficult to reach the practice when you phone.

5-star dental service
The staff, Raj, Nagena and Kadamberi are absolutely amazing and the customer service that you receive before, during and after your dental care is 5-star. They are always happy which puts you at ease as soon as you enter the practice. Kulraj is attentive, understanding, patient and an exceptional dentist. The care and attention to detail shows that he genuinely cares for his patients.

Handsworth Wood Dental Practice
I always have a problem with my appointment. My dentist has changed again. I’ve have not had a regular dentist since the practice was taken over by MSC. It is difficult to get an appointment for a time that suits me, which is ridiculous, given that I pay on the plan. I used to be able to have later appointments and ones on Saturdays but this is not the case now. The last-minute check by the dentist who had had a cancellation was pleasant, but I won’t be surprised if he is not there for my next appointment.
