I had an appointment for 3.55, I arrived at 3.50 and was not seen up until 4.27, I had to go back downstairs to reception to find out what was going on. The dentist was sent a message and in less than 3 minutes I was seen only to be told by the dentist he was not aware that I was in the building because reception did not inform him I was there, this is the second time this has happened to me and it is truly frustrating, I was fuming now if I was late by just a few minutes I wouldn’t have been seen, reception really needs to do better.

Professional and welcoming

I've been with the practice since 1981, in the last 2 years the new management and transition were great and the new equipment was so much quicker and efficient, definitely professional and welcoming. I saw Amber, a lovely young lady and Suki the office manager was very helpful and accommodating.
