Brilliant dentist practice. Been with them for years. Recently had to accompany a relative with dementia. I was so, very impressed by the care, patience and understanding shown by every member if staff, reception, nurse, dentist, that we came into contact with. They made a stressful experience pleasant for myself and my relative. Cannot praise them enough and would like to thank you.

My experience
I arrived for appointment on time at 10am and due to the electronic pad not working I was told to wait in the downstairs waiting until they could fix it.
10 minutes late the dental came downstairs and called me for my appointment. The dentist was able to get me to electronically sign.
Poor customer service.

Best dentist I have ever been treated by
Amber Syed has to be the best dentist I have ever been treated by. She is incredibly kind and really focuses on patient care and comfort whilst always working professionally and to a very high standard. She has also checked areas of my oral health that no other dentist has even mentioned before.

My experience today was excellent. My Dentist Yasir was brilliant in explaining the procedure, and future appointments. I was also able to get a same day appointment. Also there is no judgement . I was given good advice with no patronising attitude. All the staff are always kind and lovely . I highly recommend this dental practice. It does help to be on the dental plan, as you get a lot for the price you pay. I have always had a good experience. I've always been terrified of going in but once I am there. I was put at ease by the dentist 10/10 for the care I received

Wonderful experience with Handsworth Wood Dental Practise. I had root canal surgery and Dr. Vishal was very informative and I felt at ease as he explained how procedure was going to be. Nurse Ziva was amazing, she was helpful and attentive during the surgery keeping me relax. The staff was always helpful and kind. They ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up. I am so glad I chose this dental practise and would highly recommend to anyone
