Well I'm a bit upset, that when I came in regarding my front tooth that was loose, I was informed that it was fine, and to my knowledge it was still within 22 month so the treatment would have been free, a month later the filling came out, and it's not under warranty. This will now cost me 100 pounds, I am a dad of 5 children, who all attend your practice. I think that if I was given it at a reduce cost less than half this would be considered has fare.

Absolutely brilliant service...I'm am a very nervous patient I dislike the dentist...so much I avoid at all cost .I broke my back tooth and knew I would have to go and have my tooth looked at also my oral health had to be taken care off ...well I had no need to worry the service from reception to seeing the dentist was super I as a very nervous patient who absolutely hate the dentist could not recommend this practice so highly thank you all .. one very happy ex nervous patient .

Firstly I am very pleased that you had a great experience with your dentist and kindly provided us with a 5* review.
However, I would like to apologise for the music on the day of your visit. Our choice of music station is Smooth FM which offers a varied playlist and chilled atmosphere. However, there are occasions when some of our patients prefer to listen to other channels and there is little we can do to stop this. We do revert back to Smooth FM when staff are available to do so. Please feel free to mention this to any member of our team if you feel an inappropriate channel has been selected during your next visit and we will make every effort to make the necessary change as soon as possible.
