I really don't like going to the dentist, he made me feel at ease; both he and the dentist nurse were friendly and explained the procedure.

Excellent

I had such a positive experience at Handsworth dental practice from Kadeja, the polite receptionist, who despite being alone and very busy, had a smile on her face and was patient and friendly. The lovely dentist Maham Waseem and her great dental nurse Sukhi Kang took their time with my appointment to run through lots of important information and advice. Despite being nervous about the polish, they reassured me that if I need a break, to let them know, a simple yet such kind gesture which I had never had in previous experiences. Thanks very much for another pleasant experience

Very comfortable

Very good service provided to me. Did not feel too much pain and was comfortable with Nurse Zara and Doctor Rida Khawaza. I felt scared before going to the dental practice but after feel very comfortable.

Wonderful staff

A huge thank you to the entire team at Handsworth Wood Dental Practice!

I came in today with severe tooth pain and was seen incredibly quickly thanks to the wonderful reception staff! The two lovely ladies were so caring, professional and attentive — they did everything possible to fit me in for an urgent appointment and even booked my follow-up right away. Your kindness and support meant the world to me!

A massive thank you to my dentist and his brilliant assistant for their outstanding work! You listened so carefully, explained all my dental issues in clear detail, answered every question and prescribed exactly the two antibiotics I needed. It was also really lovely that another assistant helped during the appointment too — your teamwork is truly exceptional!

The clinic itself is wonderfully cosy, spotlessly clean and beautifully organised — you can instantly see that an excellent manager is in charge!

Thank you all from the bottom of my heart! I’m already recommending you to my friends and I’ll be happy to come back for my next appointment.

Kind, patient, and reassuring

I had a really positive experience at this dental practice. The whole team was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. I’m quite a nervous patient, but Dr Chaudhry is incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring throughout every appointment. I’m really grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend this practice, especially for anyone who feels anxious about visiting the dentist.

Excellent treatment

I have seen the dental hygienist Kinga and the dentist Kulrage. They are both very professional and good at speaking to patients. The dental nurses and reception staff are also excellent, specially Khadija.

Great dentist cleaned the tartar and plaque where bleeding gums occurred. Gave crucial feedback on future potential problems that may arise with my teeth if neglected over time.
