We are very sorry that you feel you were not given full information about your emergency appointment at this practice.

Emergency appointments are booked on the same principle as hospital A&E departments meaning a wait of up to 4 hours may be necessary. This should have been made more clear to you at the time of booking the appointment.

Please be assured that this incident will be discussed with the whole team to ensure this does not happen again.

Very smart, professional reception staff who are always courteous. Excellent treatment, dentist very reassuring and very rarely have to wait past designated appointment time to be treated.

I was very pleased with my first visit to Handsworth Wood Smile Centre. The conditions and atmosphere were very pleasant and I was dealt with promptly and efficiently. I felt I had a thorough examination from the dentist including X rays. Most definitely will continue to use Handsworth Wood Smile Centre as my dentists for future appointments.

Although I cannot comment on the initial point of contact when you registered at this practice, I can see that various treatment plans have been raised for you as a private patient over a period of almost 3 years.

I would like to offer my apologies to you again if you feel that your status with the practice was not made clear to you. I am confident that all prices are discussed between the clinicians and their patients in surgery prior to treatment and this is reflected in the treatment plans signed by our patients at the time of their appointments.
