Dental appointment

Whilst I understand that missed appointments is an issue because it wastes time and money and someone else could have used that slot, I think it's also important to allow a little discretion when a genuine emergency has caused someone to miss an appointment, especially if they call to explain the situation. The practice policy needs to be re-addressed as 2 missed appointments years apart should not be grounds for refusal of treatment.

Always a very pleasant and helpful Dental Surgeon from the first day l visited in 1992....
The dentist have cared for my family's dental for years and we'll never get another Dentist as brilliant as them.
