I can’t recommend West Heath Dental Practice highly enough. The whole team is fantastic and always makes me feel welcome and at ease.

The receptionists are friendly, helpful, and efficient, making every visit a pleasant experience from start to finish. The hygienist is excellent—professional, thorough, and always takes the time to give helpful advice and explain everything clearly. The dentists are caring, knowledgeable, and provide outstanding treatment with a genuine focus on patient comfort.

Invisalign treatment

I have recently started my Invisalign treatment and my experience so far has been excellent. Hiba Sheikh has been exceptionally patient, professional and thorough throughout the process. She has taken time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions, which has made me feel much more confident about my treatment. I really appreciate the time, effort and attention which she has put into my treatment so far.

The dental students and receptionists have also been lovely, friendly and helpful at every visit. The whole team has made me feel welcome. Thank you for a positive experience.

The receptionist is lovely, the dentist and his assistant I saw, all genuine kind warm and friendly, human. Can't fault the cleanliness either. Only slight gripe is you didn't have the music channel on the TV 😋😅

All brilliant

Although my appointment was being cancelled the receptionist managed to give me an alternative time on the same day. It was very convenient for me. Straight in and out. All brilliant. Dentist, staff were all helpful and I had complete satisfaction at this dental surgery. Thank you.
