I haven't been with this surgery long but I am very pleased with them. Both my dentist and my hygienist are very friendly and I feel confident in the treatment I have had so far. I have been given options for some specialist treatment I need but don't feel under any pressure at all as to my choice of treatment.
I would definitely recommend West Heath Dental surgery.

The dentist and dental nurse that treated me today were fabulous . I have been a nervous patient since having treatment with a previous practise and was anxious when I arrived today but was put at ease as soon as I walked in the room.The dentist spoke to me all the way through the procedure . Thank you so much for taking away the fear I had .

First appointment here for myself and my young children. Extremely professional, friendly and informative - from the beginning to the end of the visit. Ive had many experiences with dentist practices looking for money rather than caring about the actual health of the teeth / mouth, and was so genuinely impressed with this practice and all of the staff. Dentist we have been allocated is the best ive seen, I have full confidence that myself and my children are in good hands. The ladies on reception were very patient with my many questions as it was the first visit, very professional and friendly. The practice itself is very clean and easy to get too. We parked around the corner as its on a main road, took 2 mins to get to. I cant fault this place at all and highly recommend.

The staff are very friendly and professional. Today my procedure was very difficult and I was confident in my dentist and nurse they would help me through. They did what ended up as a very difficult procedure ( totally not because of the dentist) they helped me and reassured me every step of the way. I had full confidence that it would be OK
