Treated well

I would like to highlight how helpful the reception team are when calling the practice. It is so refreshing to be treated well and spoken to politely unlike other practices who unfortunately are let down by their front-of-house staff.

Parking not great only a few patients in dentist but car park full,I'm guessing mostly staff cars. 1st appointment for check up,reception lady is great, professional,polite and importantly welcoming. Lady dentist she was fantastic,explained about teeth brushing and future work to be done really lovely lady. Would have given 5 stars but the very rude sour faced ( yes you have a job because we come here!) Blonde haired turquoise scrub top person was horrid and put a nasty end to a great 1st trip

Lovely caring dental hygienist

Lovely caring dental hygienist who was very patient with me and explained everything as she was going along. It was a much more pleasant experience than the last time I went.
