West Heath Dental Surgery
Was barely in the chair for 5 minutes and then said that I would have to pay £70 for a scale and polish which has always been in band A and they are charging band B price, unsure why as I have just checked the NHS website and it says that it still should be in band A. So why are you charging more?

Dentist is lovely
Staff are always friendly, dentist is lovely, never makes you feel rushed. Great holistic tip about fingertip touching to stop gag reflex, I’m amazed but it really worked, tooth filled no dramas.

Allowed me to have treatment while my toddler was present without another adult to look after her, was really nice with her when taking her out of the room for me to have an X-ray.

Dentist was brilliant
Had a traumatic experience having a very difficult tooth taken out. The dentist was brilliant and made me feel at ease with her confidence. The dental nurse was caring and helped me to relax.
