Dental appointment

Positives - staff are friendly and professional. I got an appointment quickly when I had an issue.
However my filling fell out after only a few weeks and whilst it was replaced without question and arguably a better job was done it shouldn't have fallen out in the first place.
Also I had to wait 25 minutes past my appointment time to go in and see my dentist and no apology for this delay was offered .

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you wasn't happy with the level of service that we provided. I would like to apologise for the time that you was kept waiting for your treatment. unfortunately we can never predict if patients are going to be called in on time, as some patients can take longer than expected. I will definitely raise this in the staff meeting so the team are aware of the importance of informing patients if there is going to be a delay. It is nice to hear that you are happy with the staff and treatment provided.

I am very sorry that you haven't been contacted by a member of the team. This is not the level of service that we intend to provide at this practice. After investigating this I believe there has been a miscommunication between the call centre and ourselves.
