Very impressed
Reception staff helpful and welcoming. Dentist very good at his job and helps me feel calm with his humour considering I am terrified of the dentist. The dental nurse also has a lovely welcoming nature and also made me feel at ease. Very impressed with the overall service

Informative, friendly and professional
I appreciate the reminders before the appointment so the service starts before I even arrive.
The receptionist was pleasant and the dentist informative, friendly and professional.

I never feel rushed
Professional, pleasant staff, I have had my questions/queries answered and best of all I never feel as though I am being rushed or made to feel as though I am an inconvenience which has been my experience at other dentists.

Brilliant service
I have had brilliant service at MSC, last appointment I booked was an emergency appointment and I was seen on the same day with my usually dentist. I am always taken seriously in regard to my dental health.

Great with kids
I have been a client at the dentist practice from being a child when Mr White owned it. The dentist practice, taken over by the Smile Centre has still retained the friendly service and we as a family love to see Mr Khan. He has got such a friendly manner and makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. Great with kids too and very patient. The dental nurse with Mr Khan yesterday was also really friendly and smiley too which was lovely.

Expertly done
Very efficient at the reception desk. On a previous visit I was advised I needed a filling, with a clear explanation as to why the treatment was needed.The follow up visit was good, with every care being made to ensure I was at ease. The filing itself was expertly done, once filled, it didnt feel obtrusive. Left feeling comfortable.
