The surgery was able to provide me with a same day appointment and issue a prescription for antibiotics to prevent a painful gum disease getting even worse. A quick x ray confirmed I did indeed need immediate treatment.

Always gives me excellent advice
Great receiving a reminder text prior to my appointment. I have a very good relationship with my Dentist Grant who always gives me excellent advice and walks me through all of the processes and treatment options that allow me to make informed choices on the way to proceed. All of the staff from the receptionists to the dental nurses are pleasant and helpful and make me feel at ease during the experience.

Replacement of a filling
Thanks to Sloan Dental for the prompt replacement of a filling which fell out and left a large cavity in a molar. They responded to my voicemail in jig time and told me they would phone back if I could be fitted in and they did. I am just so thankful that they sorted it, particularly as it happened on a Friday. The staff are the friendliest and most helpful people. A big shout out to Margaret on reception for her help.
