Part of tooth came out late Friday afternoon on plane heading home. Phoned surgery from airport. Details were taken by receptionist and I received a phone call on Monday morning at 8.40 giving me an appointment that morning. No waiting and repair done and dusted in jig time. What a relief. Thank you so much to the dentist, receptionists and team at Sloan Dental. Also speedy recovery to Grant.

Staff were pleasant and polite and thanked me for agreeing to an earlier appointment. Hygienist carried out work quickly and efficiently meaning that my treatment was completely pain-free.

I am always very anxious when I go to the dentist but this morning the lady dentist and dental nurse I saw were very reassuring and put me at ease. This was the first time I had any treatment done at this practice, I found all the staff very helpful and kind.

Jaclyn - gentle, informative and supportive
I phoned at 9.30 as an emergency and was offered an appointment for 10.15 due to a cancellation. This was my 1st time meeting Jaclyn - she was gentle, informative and supportive as she knew I was nervous about my visit and having a tooth removed - as was the dental nurse, whose name I don’t know, sorry. I can honestly say from someone who has a fear of the dentist l’m actually looking forward to my next appointment.
