Emergency appointment

I had to make an emergency appointment, as I had terrible toothache. As it was the root was infected and tooth had to come out. Jaclyn and the nurse, were very good and patient, despite my screams! I was mortified but they remained calm throughout and got the pesky tooth out quickly. I’d like to apologise to anyone else in practice, who were subject to my screams.

Friendly and helpful staff

Had a routine appointment for a 6-month check and hygienist but also had chipped a tooth so I needed a filling. All completed in an efficient manner by friendly helpful staff from reception to chair and back again. Thanks all.

Visit to the Dental hygienists

I have been to many Dental hygienists in my time and I can say that this one at Sloans is the best I have seen.
The attention to detail is fantastic, he gives you a running commentary during the procedure explaining all and giving you tips to improve your dental hygiene.
He is professional and has a great customer focussed approach which makes your visit to the dentist that little bit more enjoyable.

Lost a filling, phoned for an appointment. Reception called back the next morning, Dentist squeezed me in and fixed the tooth, all within 24 hours. Excellent service!
