Had an appointment on Friday, was greeted by a very nice receptionist ,was taken on time ,the dentist very friendly and explained the procedure to me .

Great service from Bishopton
My visit was to Grant for a check up then Mark (hygenist) for a clean.
Unfortunately I had to have an extraction of one of my back teeth. This was done there and then.
No bother to Grant as he just numbed my mouth and got it quickly with no pain in involved.
Had to return the next morning as a filling in the opposite side of my mouth had come out later on that night and the shell of the tooth was really sharp. Phoned the sugery and was fitted in and my filling was replaced.
Thanks to Grant and the team.

Receptionist was pleasant.
Good variety of reading material, although I didn’t get time to read anything as I was taken on time.
Dentist and assistant were very pleasant.

Got an emergency appointment on the day I called. Brilliant!!! However waiting times for regular appointments are long. 10 weeks before I can be seen for a full appointment is disappointing, however they have put me in for a cancelation should one come up so fingers crossed.

Emergency filling
Needed an emergency filling when part of a tooth fell out. Called in as was passing and a phone call within the hour offered me an appointment later that day, which sadly was unable to take due to a family commitment. Was told to call the next morning and offered an appointment that afternoon. Filling completed pdq. One happy customer!
