The new dentist I saw was excellent. I’m sorry but forgot her name. Maybe Jacqueline? I was booked in for a filling and also did a scale and polish. The s and p was very thorough and probably the best I’ve had in a number of years. She was also very reassuring during the filling procedure. Well done and keep up the good work.

Warm friendly staff and dentists who genuinely care about their patients. Always gentle and considerate with myself and my young kids. For example taking the time to talk through wobbly teeth and what that means, how to take care of teeth and talks to the kids at their level so they get it. Makes nervous feeling youngsters feel at ease and helps boost their confidence which is way above and beyond the realm of expectations of a visit to the dentist but what a massive boost it is as a parent having that support too. We book a family appt and go together. Was due my mouth x-ray and the kids were curious so we all had a crash course together on what the x-ray showed us. Kids loved it. First time I've ever had a dentist who doesn't shame you, makes you feel rotten about your visit and actually goes above and beyond. Considerate of sensitive teeth & always offers advice to help with any dental concerns you have. Even if you book as a sole appt, it's not just an act for the kids presence, they genuinely treat you the same, valued and part of the Sloan Dental family.

Phoned for an emergency appointment and was squeezed in within a few days.
Given a temporary filling and a course of antibiotics by Grant, who explained the problem and discussed the options in advance.
Very grateful to the practice for accommodating me at short notice and to Grant for his expert treatment.

Had to have an emergency appointment as I was starting cancer treatment the following day.
Jaqueline examined the infected tooth in the morning and decided an extraction was necessary, I was given an appointment for 17:10pm the tooth was removed the remainder scaled and polished, completely painless and professionally done. Thanks to Sloan dental my hospital treatment has gone ahead with no delays. Thank you to all the staff who were very understanding.
