The friendly and knowledgeable staff at this practice put me at ease every time I attend and I was grateful for a same day appointment today. Made to feel safe
Was just a 6 month check up however particularly important as my first post the COVID changes that everything was clearly explained. I was really pleased that the experience was made to feel safe by all in the practice. Thanks.

A painless and pleasant experience
I received first class service from everyone at Sloan Dental, from my initial phone call asking for an appointment to have a broken tooth fixed up to the actual treatment. I got an appointment quickly and all the new Covid procedures were explained to me clearly, so that I knew exactly what to expect when I arrived at the surgery. When I arrived at the surgery, I phoned in to alert the dentist. The nurse came out to the car park and guided me inside and upstairs to the surgery. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Grant explained that he would give me a temporary filling for my broken tooth, which he did very quickly. He wore a mask and gloves, as did the nurse, and I felt perfectly safe and comfortable. Grant then explained all future options for fixing the tooth permanently. It was altogether a painless and pleasant experience.
