No issues with the staff or my appointment but every single time I attend, they are running late. This has happened consistently over the last couple of years and it makes it very difficult and frustrating. If I was late I would be charged or taken off the system, but I consistently attend early or on time and never get the appointment time I’ve booked. Not sure why this is a constant issue but leaves me really frustrated

Jo is the best Dentist I have ever had in 65 years. She is so reassuring, gentle and just simply amazing. I have always had an intense fear of going to the Dentist and even more since becoming disabled, but since seeing Jo, I never fear going. She is exceptional, and I can't thank her enough for looking after me so well

Dentist was nice. Way too expensive. Also didn’t provide any advice on how to maintain my own hygiene, just explained my options for treatment and said “keep an eye on your hygiene” without offering anything.
