I felt heard, understood
I was seen by Phil today, he was fantastic in his knowledge, his patient care and overall very approachable. As a patient I felt heard, understood and supported. Shame I wasn’t under his care sooner.

I was talked through my options
Called this morning needing an emergency appointment. They had me in for dinner time and managed to get to the root of the problem (no pun intended). I was talked through my options and decided upon an extraction. I was very well informed and treated with dignity throughout. I am scared of going to the dentist, but Sara put me at ease. Can't thank the team enough

Managed an emergency dental appointment at 4 hours notice. We're able to accommodate me as per workplace commitments as well.

A great experience first time attending a dentists.
Thanks for helping me with all the information you gave on the telephone and today excellent superb friendly service communications & support. Hafsan was very helpful and great - I rang twice to talk to him and he is a great person just to weigh up all the options and confirm all details. Hafsan was reassuring polite and knowledgeable. The dentist Sara Mala-Myers who dealt with me was polite and friendly, understood my problem and immediately examined me and also gave me an X-ray. She was and is brilliant with excellent, friendly service, knowledgable, professional and her calming and soothing voice made the process easier. I cannot thank you enough for making my difficult treatment seem easily dealt with - you were so pleasant and sympathetic, thanks! Great information given face to face and on phone - also online website is easy to navigate, helpful, informative. A great experience first time attending a dentists.
