First class

I’ve been attending AP (and its predecessor) for 30 years and have never once had cause for complaint. As always, I was received courteously and professionally. Given the appointment was mid-morning when all sorts of unpredictable events may occur, I was seen pretty much to time, first by the dentist who, as ever, was professional and sociable in her approach; then by the hygienist who also was a model of courtesy and efficiency. At no stage did I feel rushed: there was time for some pleasantries and personal updates. All in all, a first-class experience.

Not even finished my treatment yet but the service and quality of dentist is unreal. The dentist that is working with me is so good and takes care of my teeth properly alongside with her assistant. Can’t wait for my end result!
